RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY.

At Printed Looms, we are committed to providing you with premium quality pure cotton kurtis and an exceptional shopping experience. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, our simple Return & Exchange policy is here to help.

 

1. Key Policy Highlights

  • Duration: You can raise a return or exchange request within 7 days from the date of delivery.

  • Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and returned with all original tags and packaging intact.

  • Eligibility: Returns or exchanges are applicable only if the product is damaged, defective, or has a sizing issue.

    2. Return & Exchange Process

    1. Raise a Request: Contact our support team within 7 days of delivery via WhatsApp at +91 9289296535 .

    2. Provide Details: Please share your Order ID along with a clear photo or an unboxing video if you received a damaged or wrong product.

    3. Reverse Pickup: Our team will arrange a reverse pickup from your delivery address. (Note: If reverse pickup is unavailable for your PIN code, you will need to self-ship the product to our studio address).

3. Refund Policy

Prepaid Orders: Once the product reaches our warehouse and passes the quality check, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method (Bank/UPI/Card) within 5–7 working days.

COD (Cash on Delivery) Orders: For COD orders, refunds will be issued as Store Credit (Coupon Code) or transferred directly to your provided Bank Account/UPI ID within 5-7 working days of quality approval.

Please note: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

4. Exchange Policy (Size Changes)

If you have a sizing issue, we offer a free replacement (same product in a different size), subject to stock availability.

If the required size is out of stock, you can either choose an alternative product of the same value or opt for a refund/store credit.

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-stitched, altered, or personalized kurtis.

  • Products purchased during a special flash sale or clearance sale (these are eligible for size exchanges only, not returns).

  • Items that show signs of wear, washing, or damage not caused by delivery.
